midges in the UK

Hey. Interesting article. I am new on winter flyfishing and apart of the fry models and zonkers I didn't know about the presence of insects (or I didn't noticed it). Do you think it can work on the SE England? Closer to London? we have a lot of small and big reservoirs and fisheries. By now I'll check into the water. Thanks.
