Dave Ames

Dave Ames is a great writer and I love the fact that he can tie elements of a trip, besides the standard, hey we saw a lot of fish and caught some monsters, into his work.

I mean, the fishing is great, but the trip provides value, to our mindset, to our lives. Being out there often puts into trying situations and how we react under stress, pressure, when things aren't going well... that's a way to measure who we are and improve on our lives.
