Greg's website is the best fly fishing web site I've ever found. Granted it's mostly western northern rocky mountain fly fishing, but western fly fishing at its best! The Northern rockies is the best in the lower 48 by far, and maybe in the world, as far as numbers of wild trout, natural habitat for cold water fisheries and just sheer linear acreage of public waters, no other place has that; just in the public trout waters alone that has wild naturally reproducing trout. I don't mean all this in a cheezy way, but it's true. Greg is in the business of documenting it from a fly angler's perspective, and a great perspective, I might add.
Thank you for the kind words. I do love getting out to fish and sharing the on an off water experiences. I think each holds equal value in the memory department and I hope my stories promote people to enjoy their time outdoors even if the fishing doesn't match up to expectation. It's about the total experience and being part of a community of like-minded people who love landscape, wild places, fish, and cutting loose (a little more frequently and intensely) than most.

So thanks again for the props.
