Ennis Montana Angler’s Dream Home—reduced to $125,000

Wanted to let all of you know that I dropped the price on my house in Ennis, from $159,000 to $145,000. I still think this would be one awesome buy for a few people who wanted to share a house in the middle of Trout Heaven.

Think about it, within an hour of Ennis you could be fishing any of these great waters—the Henry’s Fork, Hebgen Lake, Axolotyl Lakes, Cliff and Wade Lakes, Grayling Creek, Duck Creek, the Gallatin River, the Jefferson River, the Big Hole River, Ennis Lake, the Ruby River . . . and some sneaky good smaller streams and lakes. It’s all there.

This house has four bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a detached garage for driftboat storage, a wood burning fireplace, a furnace, etc. Notable, it has a great glassed in cocktail porch.  Walk 30 yards to the bars and fly shops  . . . and back. Walk down the street and wade into the Madison. Let me know if you want to hear more.
